You type the same commands and paste the same prompts into your agents, again and again: the tests, the lint, the review of the day. They happen when you remember them, and from a phone hardly at all.

Workspace Actions save those commands and prompts once per workspace. Run one with a tap on your Mac or iPhone, or give it a schedule: leave Offsite open on your Mac, and your host starts it in a card on your board. Keep your agents working through the night on research, code review, new issues and docs, and read what they left in the morning.

Tips

  • Save & Run saves the action and starts it at once.
  • A terminal action waits at its rerun prompt: press Enter in its card to run it again, with the last run above.
  • Ideas for the night: an idea scout, a code review, issue triage, a docs update, each a saved prompt with its own agent and time.
  • An agent action keeps a memory file, so the next run knows what the last one found. Open it with Memory in the Actions menu (on the iPhone behind …).
