Your agents work on your MacBook, and the moment you close the lid, it falls asleep and they stop. So the MacBook travels half open.

With Offsite, one tap on the bolt keeps your Mac awake, for the time you pick or for as long as you like. Close the lid, and Claude, Codex and Grok keep working. When one of them needs you, its card is already on your phone, and your answer from there keeps it going. When the work is done, allow sleep again from your phone. Open the lid, and every session is right where you left it.

Tips

  • The bolt sits at the end of the host’s row, in the Mac’s sidebar and in the iPhone’s app menu.
  • Pick 15 minutes up to 12 hours, and the Mac returns to its normal sleep on its own when the time is up. Unlimited suits a MacBook that serves as your host around the clock.
  • The badge on the bolt counts down the minutes. Pick a new duration to extend.
  • While sleep is off, keep the MacBook plugged in and on a table, where it has air.
