Offsite lets you run and watch remote terminal sessions, including AI coding agents, from your iPhone or iPad over your own SSH connection. If something isn't working or you have a question, get in touch.

Common questions

Do I need my own server?

Yes. Offsite connects to a machine you control over SSH, for example your own Mac or a Linux server. Your credentials stay on your device.

My session won't connect

• Check the hostname, port and username are correct.
• Confirm the server is reachable and SSH is enabled.
• If the server is on your local network, allow the local-network prompt the first time you connect.

I'm not getting notifications

• Make sure notifications are allowed for Offsite in iOS Settings.
• Keep the app installed and signed in to your session so alerts can be delivered.
